Pip Farm has flexible sleeping arrangements, with beds for up to 16 people, split across the house and the barn. Most of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and two are accessible from the ground floor, convenient for our guests with limited ability.
All sheets and towels are provided for our guests.

The barn
The barn, converted in 2017, has 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, perfect for our guests with accessibility needs, and a mezzanine bedroom above the central living area.
